Wine Tasting Demonstration with Sommelier Claude Briere. Take a quick course on vineyards, wine making and the proper ways to taste and enjoy wine. Volunteer to be a part of our wine tasting panel!

 A selection of wines will be available for purchase.

12:00 Noon until 3:00 PM - Open Bar with Draft Beer, Wine and Soda

12:30 PM - Family Style Italian Meal - Italian Lentil Soup, Italian Bread with Seasoned Extra Virgin Olive Oil,  Antipasto Salad, Caprese Chicken, Rigatoni Pomodoro,  Ciambotta over Polenta, Cannoli Dip.

2:00 PM until 2:30 PM -  Music and Dancing
